The Whoの1967年シングル「Pictures Of Lily(リリーのおもかげ)」のBBCセッション版をベースカバーさせて頂きました。作詞作曲Pete Townshend、ベーシストはJohn Entwistleさんです。
アルバム版やライブ版のジョンのフレーズを拝借して、アレンジとして一部、織り込ませて頂いてます。
Roger Daltreyの甘酸っぱいボーカルを聴けば、爽やかなポップス曲なのでしょうが
John Entwistleに着眼(着耳)すれば、なんだか激しい曲です。
そして弾き始めると気分はいつもPete Townshendな私なのですが、今日はKeith Moonな気持ちでした! 笑
