1:02 ヘアゴムに１段目（真ん中に印を付けてください）
2:08 １～２段目
3:42 ２～３段目
4:35 ３～４段目　繰り返し編んでいきます　
5:25 次へ　約20cmで糸始末　
6:46 ゴムのところから反対を編みます
（残り３個分　約70cm）
8:19 次へ
10:53 最後に糸始末して完成です
