Can anything be as seductive as watching delicious patties of meat getting smashed on the grill? Watch this video and you will find out!!!

I'm on the search for the best smash burger and today I found the perfect burger bun - the Martin's potato bun! It's so soft and it hugs at your teeth when you bite in. Add in a couple of smash beef patties (with onion, Oklahoma style) and melted cheese and you have yourself one damn good burger. We couldn't visit Rozelle without heading back to one of the best places to get an Acai bowl in Sydney - Fruitologist!
