How to turn tinned fish into a beautiful dish 🙌

Faiai Eleni is a Samoan coconut fish dish that can transform a humble tin of fish into something beautiful 🙌🇼🇸

RECIPE:

• 2 cans of tin fish (Eleni)
• 2 cups of Kara coconut cream
• 1 can of other brand coconut cream
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Small amount of chopped chillies (optional)

Method

1. Open the cans of tin fish and drain the liquid
2. Add it in a bowl with coconut cream
3. Add chopped onions
4. Mix well and add salt
5. Transfer them into coconut shells or foils or a baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven at 160 fan bake for 30-45 mins til desired thickness
