今回オーダーしたのはドバイチョコたい焼き

大きな塊バターを豪快にひいた鉄板に生地を注ぎ
おもち、カダイフピスタチオ、チョコソース、塩をふりかけ焼き上げたたい焼きに最後にチョコを入れて完成。
もち生地がカリッとしていて、ドバイチョコのあまさとザクザクとした食感が最高においしかったです！生地にもちを使用しているので食べごたえもあってよかったです！

SOBOONG, located about a 3 minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station, is a specialty shop for salt bread taiyaki.

This time, I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Taiyaki.

The batter is poured onto a griddle generously covered with a large block of butter, then topped with mochi, kataifi pistachios, chocolate sauce, and salt. Finally, chocolate is added to complete the taiyaki.
The mochi dough was crispy, and the sweetness of the Dubai chocolate and the crunchy texture were absolutely delicious! The dough uses mochi, so it was very satisfying!
