更年期っていったい何なのだろうと、自分でも理解できない症状に戸惑う私です。
今まで普通に出来ていたことが突然出来なくなり、ただ怠けているだけなのか、でもどうしても出来ない、好きだったことが出来ない、楽しくない、やりたいことがない 自己嫌悪
私は立ち止まっているのに時間だけが過ぎていく
そんな気持ちで焦っていました。
家族の優しさ、出来ることがある喜び、少しずつ自分に戻っていける安心感
撮影が出来なくなって、動画作りやYouTubeから離れていましたが、
私に起こった変化の中から少しだけ、今回の動画でお話しています。
猫さんたちはいつも変わらず、可愛い姿で心を癒やしてくれています。
愛らしい姿で登場しますので、穏やかな気持ちになっていただけたら嬉しいです^_^

I'm confused by the symptoms I don't even understand, and I wonder what menopause is.
I suddenly can't do things that I used to be able to do normally, and I wonder if I'm just being lazy, but I just can't do them, I can't do the things I like, I'm not having fun, I don't have anything I want to do, I hate myself.
I'm standing still, but time is just passing by.
I was anxious about these feelings.
The kindness of my family, the joy of being able to do things, the sense of security that I can get back to myself little by little.
I was no longer able to film, so I took a break from making videos and YouTube, but in this video I talk about some of the changes that have happened to me.
Cats are always the same, so they soothe my heart with their cuteness.
I'll be appearing in an adorable way, so I hope it calms you down ^_^
